We provide Trauma Informed, Social Justice and Queer Affirmative care, Individual, Group, Couples and Family Therapy. We run Support Groups and also provide Clinical Supervision to other mental health professionals. We understand and facilitate clients to externalize and overcome low mood, depression, loneliness, anxiety, anger, trauma, phobias, body image issues, feelings of guilt, and ideas of worthlessness, hopelessness and helplessness.
