Healsafe Interior is a Swedish design company with focus on design as a method to develop risk reducing and suicide resistant interior products whereever they are needed. We apply a user centered design method with the aim to contribute to a normalized physical environment. It all started in 2010 when we were asked to design a suicide resistant hook for clothes and towels for the new forensic psychiatric hospital Helix in Stockholm. This brought us to dedicate our knowledge and effort to this field. HealSafe Interior supplies an assortment of products sought to minimize the risk of suicide, self-harm or violence against staff, patients, or visitors.
