Health Purchasing Victoria (HPV) partners with Victorias health sector to identify and procure best value goods and services to advance safe, affordable and sustainable healthcare. HPV negotiates and manages common-use contracts on behalf of the sector, working to improve patient outcomes by procuring quality products and services, creating efficiencies, and freeing up resources which can be directed to better patient care.
