Health India provides benefits to the insured through cashless hospitalization and reimbursement of medical expenses covered under the insurance policy. The company coordinates with hospitals with respect to policyholder treatment and authorizes bills on behalf of insurance companies. The claim payment is made by the insurance company once approved by Health India . The legal (medical policy) contract is between the insurance company and the person insured.
