Heart of Alabama Food Bank

The mission of the Heart of Alabama Food Bank (HAFB), formerly Montgomery Area Food Bank, is to nourish those facing hunger by educating and mobilizing the community, engaging in partnerships that advance self-sufficiency, and gathering then distributing food and other necessities across 35 Alabama counties. Since 1986, HAFB has fought hunger and poverty by distributing food and other necessities to over 800 Partner Agencies in 35 of Alabamas 67 counties.
