Heartland Builders, LLC

Heartland Builders, a custom home builder was formed in 1997. We started building one spec. home at a time. Not long after, one person and then another started to ask us to build their home. Now, we are an on-your-lot custom home builder serving the Grand Rapids and West Michigan area. We joined our local Home Builders Association in 1999. We built our first Energy Star Certified home in 2000; our first barrier free home in 2002; our first LEED certified home in 2006. Since then, we have filled West Michigan with many great homes. We are proud of what we do. Building homes is our passion and our profession. We are not perfect, but we try. Relax though, we do not ask our customers to be perfect either.
