Were an independent, non-profit consumer champion for heat networks in GB. We launched in 2015 to place consumers at the heart of a rapidly expanding, but unregulated, heat network market. Our voluntary consumer-protection scheme sets minimum customer service standards for heat suppliers and gives consumers access to the Energy Ombudsman
