HEDECS is a women-led, apolitical, non-profit, non-sectarian, non-governmental organization headquartered in Bamenda in the North West Region of Cameroon. Since 2006 and legalized in 2008 HEDECS community development specialists, researchers, educators, laboratory technicians and project managers have empowered community members to improve their health through health and livelihood initiatives, education and services.
