Heineken Ethiopia was born in Ethiopia in 2011 with the acquisition of Harar and Bedele breweries. In 2015, Heineken Ethiopia inaugurated Ethiopias biggest brewery at a greenfield site in Kilinto on the outskirts of Addis Ababa with an investment of EUR310mln. Heineken is a proud partner for growth in Ethiopia, investing ahead of the curve and with a long-term ambition to create sustainable businesses.
