The story of Helens European Cuisine begins, quite simply, with the woman herself. Using recipes inspired by her own Mediterranean heritage and a passionate approach to cooking, company founder Helen Zeniou began her journey creating unique pastries, lasagnes and quiches for a single coffee shop. Word of mouth spread, Helens handmade meals encountered growing demand - and Helens European Cuisine was created. Now 28 years on, Helen has moved from the kitchen of her family home into a state-of-the-art commercial facility and expanded her team to include 65 dedicated staff members. Helens European Cuisine has grown to become the market leader in European specialty foods and a major producer and supplier of fine quality foods throughout Australia.
