Helicotronc

Helicotronc is a Belgian film production company created in 2002 by Anthony Rey. The company has since produced over fifty short films, nine feature films, and four documentaries. Our films have been widely screened in film festivals (among them Cannes, Toronto, Berlin, Rotterdam, Clermont-Ferrand) and on television (RTBF, Arte, TV5 Monde, France 3). Our films have been recognized with international awards and accolades, with With Thelma winning the 2018 Magritte for Best Short Film, Vihta winning the Jury Award at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, and Next Year being released in theaters in Belgium and France in 2015. The series The Break was broadcast on RTBF (Belgian National TV) in February 2016 was awarded for best francophone series at SERIES MANIA 2016, alongside wide critical and public success. The second season was broadcast in fall 2018 and was distributed through Netflix in 2019
