Hellas Verona Football Club founded in 1903, is one of the oldest italian football teams and also the first team in the city for number of following fans. Hellas Verona since there is a single round championship (1929) is the only team in a city which is not a region capital, to win the first division championship in 1984/1985 season. Currently Hellas Verona occupies the 10 place in the national ranking for attendance at the stadium, with about 20.000 units.
