The National Teams of Men and Women, as well as the National Youth Teams and all Basketball Clubs in Greece are under its wings. HBF also organizes all the National Championships, the Greek Cup and 3X3 tournaments for both Men and Women. Through the years has reached the podium several times, celebrating success in European and World level.
