Hellenic Competition Commission

The Hellenic Competition Commission is the authority responsible for the enforcement of Greek law 703/1977, On the Control of Monopolies and Oligopolies, and on the Protection of free Competition. The Authority is also responsible for enforcing the provisions of Articles 81 and 82 of the EC Treaty. It works closely with the European Commission and the other competition authorities of the member states of the European Union for the enforcement of the Community competition rules and at the same time acts as an independent authority with administrative and financial autonomy
