Hellenic Financial Stability Fund

The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) is founded in July 2010 and is governed by private law. It enjoys administrative and financial independence and operates purely in accordance with private economic activity standards, and it does not belong to the public sector. It is managed by a Board of Directors, comprised of international financial sector experts. The objective of the HFSF is to contribute to the maintenance of the stability of the Greek banking system, for the sake of public interest and to the effective disposal of shares or other financial instruments issued by credit institutions. HFSFs registered office is in Athens and its term expires on December 31st, 2025.
