We are industrial real estate developers with a creative mindset. We offer comprehensive and customer-centric solutions to our partners, from land development to building construction and facility maintenance. Since our establishment in 2020, we have built a presence in four locations: Maglod, Fot, Paty, and Alsonemedi, with our sustainable and energy-efficient megaparks. We are actively working on the development of over 1 million sqm of industrial space on a total area of 244 hectares. In Hungary, we are at the forefront of developing sustainable industrial facilities. Accordingly, we were the first to build an industrial property in the country that achieved Excellent certification in the BREEAM sustainability standards New Construction category.
