HHOAs vision is to provide opportunity for all to achieve fullest potential and participate in and contribute to all aspects of life with pride and dignity. Afghanistan has made significant progress in Education sector, as per officially confirmed statistics from the Ministry of Education, today there are over 9 million students of whom %39 are girls participating in formal education including Public and private schools, Community Based Education (CBE) in Afghanistan However, there are still millions out of school children face many challenges in having access to quality education and learning opportunities.
