Helping Hearts at Home was established in 2016 and is owned and operated by a Registered Nurse, Kelly Lanzon, who has over 25 years experience in geriatric nursing care within the home care, skilled nursing, medical practice and hospital segments. Helping Hearts at Home provides personalized non-medical in-home companion care services to clients whom require an additional level of care due to chronic debilitating disease (i.e., Alzheimers/dementia, Parkinsons, Diabetes, Arthritis, COPD, Depression) or acute illness (i.e., Exacerbations, Orthopedic Injuries, Falls Risk). to enable to continue to live independently within their home (or assisted living facility) with grace, dignity and safely.
