The Helsinki Seagulls (aka Gulls), founded in 2013, are a professional mens basketball team based in Helsinki, Finland. Currently competing in the top Finnish League (Korisliiga) for the 2024-2025 season. Modelled after successful clubs like Germanys Alba Berlin, the Seagulls operate as an independent elite club, serving as an unofficial representative team for basketball enthusiasts and juniors across the capital region. With a focus on delivering top-tier basketball to basketball fans and enthusiasts in Helsinki and the surrounding areas, the Seagulls aim to provide a pathway to the highest level of the sport for the most talented young players.
