We are six young professionals - Aneesah Sarwar, Benjamin Tapolczay, Lucy Moran, Megan Brent, Nikita Lazaroo and Sarah Kingston - who have launched a podcast and community designed to help close the confidence gap that exists between men and women at the start of their careers, and ultimately help young women build confidence.
