I am a 63 year old mother,grandmother and life expert, as are all women. I have the added bonus of having had a chronic disease for over 40 years. Yes, it is a bonus because it has taught me how to handle the constant stress of living with a disease. Unless you have been there, you do not truly understand. So, I am thankful for my condition and for the pleasure it has brought to myself and hopefully to others that I have touched on my journey. Twenty Two Years ago I qualified as a Medical Herbalist after a four year training. I have been in practice ever since. I have now set up a web site so that many more people can access information about herbs that have been formulated from over 22 years experience.
