The Heritage Trust of Lincolnshire exists to protect, preserve, promote and present the rich heritage of the county for the benefit of local people and visitors. Heritage Lincolnshire is a registered charity and company limited by guarantee. Its charitable objectives are to advance the education of the public in all matters relating to Lincolnshires rich and diverse heritage and to preserve and investigate that heritage for the benefit of local people and visitors to the County. We have a dedicated team of skilled and experienced staff who meet our objectives through delivering community heritage projects, carrying out archaeological fieldwork and research, operating a Buildings Preservation Trust, providing archaeological advice, managing sites and monuments, running an events programme including coordinating the annual Heritage Open Days, delivering continuing education courses, and producing academic and popular publications.
