Herizon

We are dedicated to diversifying the tech industry by helping immigrant women and other underrepresented groups secure jobs. Currently, there are already half a million immigrants in Finland, with 34% holding higher education diplomas. However, many are struggling to find jobs that match their education and experience. Herizons objective is to secure jobs for 10,000 people across the Nordics by the end of 2027. To date, over 200 Herizon community members have successfully landed jobs, and were just getting started. Our community consists of hundreds of talented, skilled professionals actively working towards their next career move. By joining Herizons community, members gain access to free training in Growth Hacking, weekly LinkedIn coaching sessions, and events arranged in collaboration with industry professionals and companies such as Maki.vc & KONE.
