The Hey, Blue! Mobile Application Incentivizes community members to seek out police officers in order to have positive interactions. Each positive interaction builds a greater connection between the officer and a child that they mentor in the community they serve. How it works: Community members will be rewarded with points for every positive interaction that they have with a police officer. Points can be redeemed for necessities or to pay down municipal penalties such as parking tickets or moving violations. Officers receive points as well!
