Headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, HICO offers a wide variety of power system products supplying North Americas demanding electrical infrastructure. As wholly-owned subsidiary of Hyosung Corporation, HICO America operates across the US and Canada, with offices in Los Angeles, CA and Greensburg, PA. Founded in 1962, HICO enjoyed a technical relationship with Westinghouse Corporation into the 1990s. HICO built its first transformer in 1969, delivered its first transformer to the US in 1998, and has since delivered more than 1400 to the North American market.
