Hildreth Real Estate Advisors (HREA) is a New York City-based real estate owner, operator, lender, asset management, and investment firm that focuses on lower middle market properties in the greater New York region. The firm was founded in 2019 by David Shorenstein, and Jason Breitstone, industry professionals, who bring real estate experience as brokers, owners and operators to the table. Together the principals have completed over one billion dollars of CRE transactions in all asset classes including: retail, mixed-use, multifamily, office, development sites, and rent-regulated properties throughout the greater New York region, Los Angeles, and Florida.
