Founded in 1898, Hiltl is the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world according to Guinness World Records. Today, the Zurich-based company with around 250 employees from more than 80 nations is managed by the Hiltl familys fourth generation: with healthy indulgence, gastronomic passion and responsibility towards the diverse creation of mankind, animals and nature.
