At Hippo Inns we believe and want to ensure, that our pubs are the best and one of a kind within the neighbourhood. We want our pubs to be the hub of the local community, a home away from home for our locals where food, drink and service are always exceptional. Our name Hippo Inns has come about as a result of Rupert Clevelys three daughters saying, Dad, youve been wallowing around doing nothing for far too long. Rupert and his wife Jo were the founders of Geronimo Inns which they sold to Youngs in 2010. We all felt it was about time they got back in the game. Family values are what we are all about. We are a small team dedicated to delivering great food and drink at a sensible price in glorious surroundings.
