Hiring Hub is an online marketplace. It connects companies to a trusted network of specialist recruitment agencies. Employers use Hiring Hub to widen their candidate search so they can fill technical jobs quickly, without the hassle normally associated with finding and working with multiple recruitment agencies. Recruitment agencies join Hiring Hubs network to develop new relationships with motivated employers, grow their fee income, and collect reviews to build their reputation online. We built Hiring Hub because we felt the big, corporate recruitment PLCs delivered a slow, rigid, expensive and commoditised service. We believe independent, specialist recruitment agencies care more and deliver a better service so we sought to unite them, and make it easy for employers to find and work with them.
