A 501 (c) (6) organization founded in 1979, the Hispanic American Construction Industry Association (HACIA) works to ensure the equitable participation of diverse businesses and talent in the construction industry. HACIA is a not-for-profit business organization providing technical assistance and business capacity development services to MBE, WBE and DBE and other diverse firms with the goal of developing long-term sustainability & capacity.
