HJJ Group, owned by John Hamelburg (retired Commander of Operations & Training of Randolph Police Department), offers Private Investigative Services and onsite Active Threat Preparedness Training for homes, businesses, places of worship, schools, hospitals, and more. John offers over 30 years of experience and has trained hundreds of police officers and civilians throughout his career. He served on the Safety and Security Board for the Randolph School District where he was instrumental in obtaining a Violent Intruder Preparedness program for the district. From the success of this program, John saw a need for something similar for communities as a whole. John is a certified ALICE Instructor (Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, Evacuate), CRASE Instructor (Civilian Response to Active Shooter Events), an ASHER Instructor (Active Shooter Hostile Event Response) and a Rescue Task Instructor.
