About Us

HNFC is the first Hellenic Network of Fitness Certifications. Is the exclusive educational partner and distributor for Greece and Cyprus of NASM USA (National Academy of Sports Medicine), CETI USA (Cancer Exercise Training Institute) Lets Bands (Germany) as well the official educational partner of FMS USA (Functional Movement Systems) and EXOS Performance USA. The Goal of HNFC is to bridging the gap between the science of physical education and application of exercise by offering, highly acclaimed certifications through high standard educational experience. Our scope of services are focused in rehabilitation, corrective exercise, personal training, exercise and cancer, injury prevention, special population and fitness nutrition. The lecturers of HNFC, have in their majority Ph.D and/or M.Sc diplomas, some of them are faculty of the National University of Greece while the rest have great career achievements, everyone in its specialty
