Holly Ridge Center is a private non-profit agency with the mission to: Create opportunities to empower people with disabilities to reach their fullest potential. Holly Ridge Center fulfills its mission through two program areas: Infant Toddler Program (ITP), a neurodevelopmental center that provides early support services to children ages birth to three years old who present with developmental delays or are medically fragile.
