Founded in 1970, Holyoke Health Center, Inc.s mission is to Improve the health of our patients through affordable, quality health care and comprehensive community-based programs to create a healthy community. Holyoke Health Center has been the only free-standing comprehensive health center in the greater Holyoke area with onsite 340B pharmacy and integrated oral health and behavioral health services. Holyoke Health Center serves more than 24,000 patients annually with primary medical, dental, and specialized programs for people living with asthma, diabetes, HIV and other chronic conditions
