Home Base Collaborative Family Counseling (Home Base) strives to help members of the New Hampshire community become whole. We hope to join clients in the process of transformation as they define their future and find their voice. Our Outpatient Programs (Substance Use & Mental Health Counseling, Anger Management, and Impaired Driver Services) offer a comprehensive list of services focused around promoting growth and fostering change through empathy, acceptance, and compassion. Our community-based programming through DCYF & DJJS strives to: maintain parent-child connections; foster hope; increase safety and stability in families; remove barriers and stigmas to accessing Mental Health Treatment and Clinical Case Management; believe in parents ability to change, and provide them the necessary skills; and, to help parents, children, and families heal.
