Created by a Family to Make the Difference; Home From Home Care is the largest parent-led provider of specialist residential services for adults (18+) with learning disabilities and complex needs, including Autism, Epilepsy, Cerebral Palsy, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, Sensory Impairment and additional associated health and mental health issues. Our approach comes from having been set up by parents - their daughter was about to leave college and they were unable to find somewhere suitable for her complex needs which could also offer her a fulfilled life. She now lives in one of the homes they created whereby she is supported to lead an active and fulfilled life of her choice through layered activities based on her personal goals and motivations.
