Maid in America offers a professionally customized cleaning and maintenance program for new and renovated building construction for commercial, industrial, and residential properties. We also offer relocation move-in/out. We work with tight deadlines, and offer two shifts. Post-Construction and Renovation cleaning requires the use of the safest cleaning products so as not to scratch or damage any new surface. We remove all sawdust, carpet pieces, grout on the tile, tape, and other debris left over from construction. We start from the top and move our way down. We clean the top of the kitchen cabinets where some may miss, all the way to the window latches and frames from drywall. By using a checklist, there is no chance of missing anything. We apply the same cleaning as a newly constructed building, but we add a few features since a used home requires extra attention in some areas (i.e., the stove, refrigerator, stains left on carpets, tile, tubs, sinks, etc.)
