HCL was established in April 1994 in Liverpool with an aim to provide service users with the choice to remain in their own homes for as long as possible, promoting independence and healthy lifestyle choices. We are innovative and work collaboratively with other services and digital providers to promote and share good practice pioneers in supporting innovation and are a testbed for digital solutions in social care. With all of our service users, we endeavour to keep them safe, independent and able to remain at home for as long as they choose to do so. We constantly monitor the changing healthcare environment which enables us to develop and adapt to the preferred lifestyle choices of both the service users we care for and our care workforce.
