HomeGround is a dedicated freehold portfolio asset manager, originally established in 2010 to act for major UK institutional pension fund clients investing in residential ground rent. We currently manage a portfolio comprising in excess of 190,000 leasehold properties across England & Wales, for which HomeGround administers the landlord obligations and collects ground rent. HomeGrounds Estates Management team appoints and oversees 90+ independent managing agents across our portfolio, as well as liaison with a wide range of RMCs and third party appointed managing agents on issues involving the landlord. We are a member of the Property Ombudsman redress scheme and are authorised and regulated by the FCA for insurance mediation activities, in respect of which we act as an Appointed Representative of Arthur J Gallagher.
