Homer Donaldson Company LLC was established in 1945 in Hudson, MI to produce Chrysler clutch shafts and visor rods. Business started in Homer Donaldsons garage. In 2015 the company is now operating with 90 full time employees and the average tenure of our hourly employee is 10+ years. Currently HoDoCo operates 3 shifts 5 days a week with a weekend crew allowing the plant to operate 7 days a week 24 hours a day. HoDoCo offers tuition reimbursement for employees that want to further their education, upgraded the healthcare plan and continues to upgrade benefits to recruit and retain excellent employees.
