Homer Electric Association, Inc. (HEA) is a member-owned electric utility serving the central and southern areas of the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. The Cooperative provides affordable, reliable, quality energy services to its members and is governed by a nine-member elected Board of Directors. The 3,166-square-mile service territory includes the communities of Sterling, Soldotna, Kenai, Nikiski, Homer, and also the south side of Kachemak Bay from Halibut Cove to Nanwalek.
