Born in the heart of Toronto at Yonge & Bloor in 2014. We continued to seek innovative ways to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of our increasingly diverse membership base. In only 6 years we expanded to 7 clubs throughout downtown Toronto. Our strong and successful growth stems from our commitment to understanding and meeting the distinct needs of each community in Toronto that we serve.
