Hope Horizon Mental Health

We are a diverse group of people who work together to support the mental and behavioral health needs of children and families in Tulare County. Our team is made up of Licensed Clinicians and Registered Clinical Associates, Mental Health Case Managers, a Board Certified Psychiatrist and psych team support , student interns and trainees, and clerical and support staff. We provide services to children and families with Medi-Cal benefits and also offer certain services to those without Medi-Cal through grant funding
