HOPE Therapy Group is a San Diego based, trauma-informed counseling practice dedicated to empowering individuals, couples and families through the process of psychotherapy to EMBRACE what is, DISCOVER what is within, HEAL from what was and HOPE for what is to come. HOPE for Individuals: Your therapist will help to create a safe, non-judgmental space. We take a holistic approach in exploring symptoms, problems, and strengths as they apply to home, family, work / school, and social life. Our job as therapists is to instill hope when it feels far away. HOPE for Couples: We work to create a safe space to identify negative interaction cycles and / or seek transformative growth through goals set by the couple. Goals can include developing healthier ways of communicating, setting boundaries and expectations, and dealing with conflict.
