HOPES Center

Recognizing the worth and dignity of each person, HOPES Center serves the mental health and social service needs of people who are poor and experiencing homelessness in Racine, Wisconsin. HOPES is a sponsored ministry of the Racine Dominicans and an active member of the Homelessness and Housing Alliance of Racine County. HOPES helps people transition out of homelessness through three main services: 1. Street Outreach: Teams of staff and volunteers go out onto the streets of Racine at night to meet people who are homeless where they are are and provide information, assistance, and hopes for a better future. 2. Supportive Services: HOPES provides supportive services for people who are homeless and have a serious mental illness through its PATH (Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness) program.
