We are a family run and owned business, successfully operating for the past 40 years. Originally established as a property development company, we have since branched our into concrete, aggregates and other complementary services. We have two concrete plants in the South West of England, both plants have an 8m3 Erie Strayer bowl mixers and are capable of producing 160m3 per hour. At the Heart of the Erie mixer are four buckets and four blades uniquely manufactured and positioned to provide the most thorough mixing action found in a drum mixer today. As water, aggregate and cement are charged into the drum, the four blades work to pull the materials forward. The four buckets then act to plough the material back. As the drum turns, the aggregate, water and cement are continuously folded back together to provide a complete uniform coating of the cement paste to the aggregates.
