Horizon Aerospace, formed in 2003, is an independent provider of Aviation Expert Witness, Expert Advisor, Mediation and Consulting services. The business is led by Peter Bull, who has worked in the aviation industry for more than 40 years, starting as an Aircraft Engineering Apprentice before progressing through various technical, management, Executive Director and Advisory Board roles. He has provided expert witness evidence at the highest levels from International Arbitration and the London High Court to The Hague. He has been instructed on behalf of both the claimant, defendant and as a single joint expert. In addition to giving written and oral evidence he has provided input to CPR Part 36 offers, Part 18 requests, disclosure, litigation risk assessments, attended mediations, expert meetings and prepared joint statements.
