At Horsham Water & Sewer Authority it is our mission to provide the community with the highest standard of drinking water and wastewater services. We strive to protect public health and the environment while also providing excellent service. The Horsham Water and Sewer Authority is a community water and sewer system serving a population of approximately 23,000 people within the Township of Horsham. The Water Authority was organized in 1954, the Sewer Authority in 1963, but they were united by Township Ordinance in 1997. Both our board of directors and all employees of the Authority take pride in providing safe drinking water and waste water services to our community. We are always taking steps to better our quality of service to our customers.
