HospiceCare is an independent palliative care charity delivering person-centered Hospice at Home services across North Northumberland, offering practical and emotional care and support to adults aged 18 years and over, who are living with a terminal illness, requiring palliative input. The care is provided within a persons home by our specially trained Nursing team and Hospice Support Workers, 365 days a year, day or night, planned or in a crisis situation, with an emphasis on promoting quality of life.
