HIC is a service oriented firm , which works to equalise the access of information across the nation. HIC was launched during January 2014 in a second tier city Madurai, which has the population around 30 lakhs, with floating population of around one lakh. This idea was emerged as the result of a personnel experience by our Managing Director who toiled to get the service from the right place. Initially We were four in numbers, who nurtured the concept into this service , still working to groom the service to be more handy to the public .
